Event Info: Show exhibit schedule is Tuesday, April 5th, 2022. Show opens at 5:30pm and closes at 8pm. Exhibitor setup is at 4pm. A 3' x 5' table and two chairs are provided for all vendors free of charge. Tear down is from 8pm to 9pm. All items must be removed on the evening of the show. Massage booths come in two varieties, portable chair massages and table massages from 5' x 5' to 5' x 7' respectively. Please notify us if you are a massage pro without portable massage chair, one will be provided at no charge. Dispensary and Alternative Therapy booth sizes are 5' x 7'. All Massage experts will be paid $200 for the night. Massages will be conducted in 7 - 10 min. sessions with small breaks between to rest and wash hands, eat, etc.

Masseuses/Masseures

All Massage Pros will be paid $200 each for the entire event, spaced out in ten (10) minute intervals. Pros may also keep 100% of their own tips. Massage pro booth spaces are free on a first come, first serve basis and may not be shared with any other company or for a different purpose without authorization. Shanghaiala reserves the exclusive right to assign booth location for exhibitors based solely on its own discretion. Any exhibitor may not infringe on the rights and privileges of another exhibitor. Alcohol is prohibited. Massage Pros may not charge for "extras", nor conduct any illicit services with attendees. * All Massage Pros are encouraged to provide their own a booth display. * Verbal recognition of each Pro will be at the show * Each Pro may keep a tip jar & small table, plus 100% of their tips. * Will be paid $200 at the conclusion of the event for their professional services.

Dispensary Owners & Managers

All dispensary booth spaces are free and are on a first come, first serve basis and may not be shared with any other company or purpose. Shanghaiala reserves the exclusive right to assign booth location for exhibitors based solely on its own discretion. Any exhibitor may not infringe on the rights and privileges of another exhibitor. Alcohol is prohibited. Dispensary pros are prohibited from charging fees for any free samples they provide future clients. Free CBD samples are recommended and any CBD information literature is encouraged. Any free samples other than CBD, the client must have a OMMA medical ID card. Pros are responsible to identifying attendees with OMMA medical ID cards.

Special Note:

Persons under the age of 18 will not be allowed into the exhibit hall during the event. It is agreed that the exhibitors shall indemnify and hold harmless Shanghaiala Inc. and the City of Oklahoma City from all liability which may ensue from any cause whatsoever involving you or your booth. Shanghaiala will not guarantee exhibitors against loss, or otherwise, of any kind. Reasonable care should be exercized to protect all exhibits and personal belongings.
